What? How could they do this, it’s outrageous, it’s unfair, how could you be one of the best YouTubers on the internet and be demonetised?

I was in high school when google bought youtube.

I remember one of my teachers telling me they'd build the platform up off of independent contractors then shun them unfairly and start churning out "bad tv"

So far that's been pretty true.

it's a simple challenge, YouTube basically went through a ton of channels and gave them strikes for petty stuff. you'll be just fine buddy. keep doin what you're doin.

Sorry to hear this happened to you. I’m experiencing the same thing. My videos are not being pushed as much as they used to and the shorts have these weird spike and then flatline. Like if YouTube is turning on the juice for shorts and then turning it off. Always been a fan of your content Theory.

Creators really need to multicast and mirror their content to way more platforms. Including rumble, vimeo, and any other platform that will take you.

A lot of creators have posted about this, must be a glitch (an unacceptable one at that) but it will get resolved soon most likely

People if you're not interested in shorts then do what I did. YouTube doesn't recommending me shorts because for a while I just kept selecting 'Not interested' on any shorts it recommended, even if it was just one. It's not enough to simply ignore it, outright reject it, it's going to destroy the platform.
