I know I am not a Senior, and I know they are sad they got all these things taken away. Even though I am not a Senior, I am in 6th grade, and I was getting ready to leave elementary to the big world of middle school! I have made the bet friends in my life. I have known the people in my class since we were in 2nd grade! We have been through so much! We came to 2nd grade as little 7 year olds and we are now leavin as 12 and some 13 year olds. We didn't even get to say goodbye to eachother after being together for so long. I am so thankful my school is doing all they can and the teachers are incredible!! I am sharing this with the public because I want us to be able to know we are in this together💛💗💛💪💪💗💗

It's 2022 and I'm 21. My motherland Sri Lanka is going through it's worst economic and political crisis. It's worse than the pandemic of 2020. Our future is uncertain, we're fighting to survive.
But like they said, normal is a myth. This is reality. And I hope through all these challenges my country and my people will grow and prosper ♥️
