Why do I feel like her speech is not just for Class of 2020? Her message is really indeed applicable for every human being that are still alive and fighting this year 2020.

I don't know why people hate on her speaking voice, it sounds so smooth and deep and grown.

Beyoncé sounds like a true caring mom- and she probably is 😭

I see some negative comments about the speech seeming rehearsed. Of course it’s rehearsed. Valedictorians rehearse, Presidents rehearse, MLK rehearsed. That’s what you do when you want to cover major topics, and speak with accuracy and meaning to your audience. You can tell she spoke from the heart as she related to our struggle through her own experiences in life, no one could have written that except her. Don’t be the negativity she’s speaking about.

This really opened my heart and eyes. I’m in that stage where I’m letting failure and the people get to me. Criticism and negativity from the people and from myself ruin me and I feel like I’m not enough or powerful enough to show who I really am with my gifts. After seeing this, this gave me so much hope, she admits to having failures just as much as success and she keeps going, she admits that it should be about honesty and diligence than winning, she even admits that I don’t have to act, speak, or look a certain way to show the real me. Thank you Beyoncé ❤️

This is how to give a speech. This is how to motivate people and let them see all works of life. Not just glorifying success, but telling them to be ready to fail and use that failure as a stepping stone to greatness. I'm still learning, still growing, and glad I watched this video.

People think once they’ve hit a certain age it’s too late, it’s never too late. Go after what you want

She has an angel's voice. This is the best sound I've heard today.

I read a lot of "motivational" content but Beyonce's speech especially resonated with me as a 2020 college graduate. One of the most inspirational messages I've heard lately. I took a lot of notes.

Everytime I fell down and feel like stress got me like heck, I always watch this. She is just an inspiration for me and such an empowerment.
