Extremely poor customer service. I just bought one of this and it will not connect to my wifi. Seen questions here that is same as the issues am having and they didn't even try to answer from months old comments.

should be able to create profiles (at least 2) to activate \ deactivate in one click any option, such as the siren and the sound alarm, I have to go through the options and activate / deactivate them one by one. Also, geolocation (beta) doesn't seem to do anything except say "you're in the zone" or \ "you're out of the zone".

At home I leave the camera activated H24, because the video can also be used in the event of aggression to provide video and sound proof (therefore video recording + monitoring human form always activated), but when I leave my house I would like the siren + audible alarm (90 decibels) activate AUTOMATICALLY, is it possible?
