This camera is just perfect! I have never experienced a connectivity issue. It starts recording even several seconds before the first triggers! The camera has a decent design and works flawlessly, it follows quickly any moving objects (sensitivity setting available). Amazing product for a very good price.

I also had a hard time. You have to reset the camera to factory setting, delete it from the app, and start brand new; there is a reset boton the black part of the camera

OK, after a few weeks of using the camera, the tracking system of the camera no longer follows the object or person and the alerts don't sound when someone or something passes. Any solution? I can pan and tilt just fine, but these two functions first mentioned don't work. I've turned off at the plug and waited, the reset also doesn't work wirelessly

How to connect to it directly from its IP address? I'm having trouble achieving this. I just want to be able to see the camera through the browser (to be able to integrate with other programs). Is is possible to connect to it through a browser? I already have the internal IP.
