Nice!! I think the Cuphead Boss I’m really excited to see on the show is either Cagney Carnation, Djimmi the Great, Phantom Express, Cala Maria, Hilda Berg, and Sally Stageplay. Iwas happy to see the Root Pack and Grim Matchstick when they first appeared

Also not only bosses cameos and appearance (NPC, minions):
Ep 2: When Cups & Chalice rides on Kettle's car, they seeing Hilda Berg in sky, they just greets eachother, later in back of angry mob we can see Gumball Machine, who was one of 5 Baroness Von Bon Bon minions in game.
Ep 3: In beginning we can see barrow & shark, who was minions of Captain, later Mugman fights with giant crab from Run N Gun level "Perilous Piers"
Ep 4: we can see at least Bitten Apple (Isle 1 NPC) and Turtle (Isle 3 NPC)
Ep 7: all about Ludwig - who in game is NPC on Isle 3

And what we know about some more boss characters now:
Baroness Von Bon Bon is kind of "gingerbread house witch", who here also turns children in sweets before eating them
Cala Maria is actually dangerous sea monster, who absolutely happy and proud by that fame, has good singing voice, talks with british accent.
Captain Brineybeard - brutal, but good dude, who just in love with Cala Maria, now we know that he has actually both eyes, and lost his both legs by Mugman's fault, but he not angry, he even glad to be cooler, then other pirates.
Sally Stageplay - she is just an theatrical actress, who's emotions even in real life is sometimes too just acting.
Werner Werman - just a smart parasite rat, inventor with lot of gadgets, talking with german accent and sometimes uses german words
Hilda Berg - still unknown, but not looks hostile to our heroes, she even looks friendly to them

About others:
Elder Kettle - we now know his childhood "shaming fame" as "diaper boy"
Cuphead - now we know he has musical talent, but lazy, crazy (before it goes to real danger), totally bad in alone survival
Mugman -smart, handy, but talent-less in music, can be jealous, and all craziness doing only for supporting his brother
Ludwig - we know, who is prototype of that character, but he actually complete a$$hole
King Dice - he's very wily, when tries to save Devil's favor as "№1", even by kilingl his allies, who he sees as concurents.
Devil - mean, stupid, he hates losing, but sometimes loses as fool, too emotional and very angry (accidentally destroyed most of his best demons just on briefing), but helpless without his pitchfork or against someone in that invisible sweater.
