My left ear now knows a lot more about the future of humanity than my right one.

Students of science disciplined in the scientific approach to learning through experience where everything is on the table until proven fact or fiction would never be anything but humble students in honor and respect one to another.

The scientific method and it's findings (colloquially known as "science") will continue to improve humanity, as it has done for hundreds of years.

Isn't existence abstract in itself, life is a form of art and all art is abstract.

Engineered nature is called a rock. Stone seems to be just right kind of form, since universe is mostly that. And other common form is a gas, those clouds seems to last eternally and they can make rocks. There's more stuff, like light and gravity, but nobody knows what to make of those quite yet. Those are the most stable and robust constructs we know of, technological marbles of cosmic physics, existing in perfect balance within the universe. Don't repair if it's not broken.

I wish I could see what 1000 or 10000 years from now would be like.

Destruction ➡ Growth ➡ More Destruction ➡ More Growth ➡ Annihilation ➡ Minimal Growth ➡ Destruction etc.
Wash, Rinse, Repeat etc.

Well, the future of humanity will be as the past, guess why ? Because we don't change.

This is hopeless. This Hans Rosling thing just goes on and on. Technology won't save us, we are losing our habitat as we speak.

Any amount of science will not save us from eventual truth - DEATH
The only thing that will help us save ourself from death is to understand God. God also will not save us from death but, will help us transcend it.
