2.5% is the figure attributed to the amount of parents taken to court by the social services and won. The Government will most always win, because it is a very profitable business for them.Children ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE COURT ROOM either. The children involved in a case, have NO VOICE. Despicable, inhumane practices by the Social services and their solicitors know no bounds in practicing undermining and unlawful practices in and out of court.

I disagree with you, regarding just having a Macjenzie friend only though. Lawyers know the law, and have studied it for years, also practiced for years. What chance does anyone have against that? I'll tell you: no chance in hell. The ONLY chance you have, is instructing a solicitor yourself as quickly as possible. Once you have done that. Ask the solicitor to go through exactly how the process works. ( they never tell you otherwise ), and what to expect from day one in court.
As painful as it is, you will have to read very thoroughly all the SS has "accused" you of, because, remember, they have taken you to court, and all their accusations against you, of which they will extricate and exaggerate to the fullest extent, in order to win their case is what the judge looks at at depth, and it is up to your Solicitor only ( because if you hire the services of a solicitor, it negates your right to speak in court-I know, it's ridiculous, but that's what you're up against ) to fight your case at every accusation the judge picks up, written and reiterated, exaggerated and falsely brought against you. God bless all those who are in the untenable position of fighting against the monstrous SS.
Btw, please continue to call them the abbreviation of "SS" and stop referring to them as Social.Services. The SS cant stand that abbreviation, due to the ( very correct connotations.) Educate yourself as much as possible about your own case, and NEVER trust anything the SS tells you. Keep strong. God bless you and yoyr children.
