DON’T BUY FROM CYBERPOWERPC

I paid so much money + extra services for a gaming pc to come in with multiple issues. This isn’t right, no one should pay so much for something that’s incomplete or defective.

I bought my pc from them to secure a 3080 and ryzen 9 chip. Never buy cheapo PSU from these companies that are branded with their logo. Their case choices are ass too so I took the pc apart and built it on a new case with proper airflow.

My guess would be, if you're still dealing with power issues, is that you either have to low wattage of a PSU, or a bad unit.

I feel bad for him. He probably spent a lot of money on this PC and was so excited when he received it. Yet it didn’t last long…

I built my first PC watching Linus tech tips and the rest of them i still haven't had any problems except for apps and stupid things like that

This is why I have been building PCs for the past 5 and a half years, decent pre-built services are hard to come by, and honestly you save money doing it yourself

I've had my Cyberpower gaming PC for 3 years and have had no problems, it's served me very well

crazy cause the main selling point of prebuilts is having a peace of mind knowing someone who is reputable built it

Update: The middle fan was not connected as it should have been. I had to buy an extended fan connecter just to have the middle radiator fan to work. As for the PC shutting down on its own I reset bios to default because when they shipped my pc the ram was over clocked and I don’t know why (they probably changed other settings I didn’t know about). As for the radiator I screwed as much screws as I could so it can be tight and secure. Everything is fine now and performs ok. Btw I did format, reset settings, updated everything including drivers. My issue is this, if a person buys a BRAND NEW pc they shouldn’t have to open it and do things to it so it can be exactly how it should have been in the first place and no one wants to wait more than 3 weeks just for it to be repaired by them. (Also it wouldn’t hurt to sub 🙂)

Keep in mind most people only make reviews on the pc when somthing is wrong
But when the PCs fine nobody wants leave a review

Honestly buying a pre-built from them my experience wasn't that bad. It held together really well and lasted a good number of years. However after that I built my own which feels more worth it then buying pre-built. Prebuilts can also loosen up in shipping as well, but I am sure whoever put that together had to be fairly new

its unfortunate they've cut corners over the years. my 2012 pc i bought from them is still working, even the 120mm aio that should have died 2 years ago. the only thing that has failed so far was the very first hard-drive. i'm actually converting it into a NAS with freenas this week. already got a 4tb drive on the way

I've bought two from them and they've worked great, but I *am* also aware that people online have horror stories about them. I'll admit that I wouldn't order a liquid-cooled PC from them. That's where I see the bad reviews: when liquid cooling is involved and something comes loose so the liquid spills over everything.

The components in the inside look pretty decent. The issue is probably a loose wire or a bad psu that makes it shut off. You could probably find whatever screws the radiator needs.

Weird. So buying from cyberpower is like gambling, I got my pc from them about 3-4 years ago and never had an issue, was able to upgrade ram and the cpu without any problems, but recently I've seen nothing but people having problems with them. I think either its a chance you get something good from them or maybe their quality control has gone to shit over the past couple years

I don't know how long you've had the system, however you can either get them to fix it for you, or get your money back on it and buy from a different company.
Personally, I build my own PC, but I understand that's not what everyone does.

i just got the parts myself and built it watching Joey Delgado and it works like a charm. Good pre-builds that don't cost you an arm and a leg are hard to come by.
