An easier cheese method is to lure them away from the convoy 1 by 1 and hit them as they head back to the convoy because if they get to far they try to get back and they won’t hit you even after you attack them

Thanks again for producing and posting this. They are also weak to poison. I often equip the Serpent Bow and a few Serpent Arrows and dispatch them from range. Why I prefer the Serpent Bow & Arrows is using them in tandem applies poison a lot quicker, usually within 3-4 arrows, whereas other bows tend to take quite a few more arrow hits before poison is applied. With an upgraded Serpent Bow poison is often applied in 2 hits, or 1 if you manage to get a headshot. They are also weak to thrusting weapons & lightning. Now that I am higher level, I dispatch them using Lightning Godskin Stitcher.

I had the weirdest bugs doing this. The rider just stood atop the cliff looking at me while I smoked him. The second one disappeared and it was just its horse riding around and impossible to kill. Tired it again and it worked for the first then the second one seemed strangely docile, I just killed him in the open.

I'm probably overleved but vykes dragon bolt helped me put em down quicker than I thought third try seeing as a spectral dragonkin soldier snuck me on my second attempt

after you kill one they always follow the wagon so the last one you can hit it then it hits once and just stops agro on you and follows the wagon.

Fight them one at a time, put lightning ashes on your weapon, and don’t fight them on horseback. This is what worked for me after multiple attempts.

One of them keeps going away and at one point disappeared completely and had to go around the chariot couple of times until it popped again

This might be the most difficult to get armor set in the game.


On top of having to fight two horsemen at once, EVEN IF YOU KILL ONE AT A TIME, you'll be out of flasks and all that for the other.

Plus they RESPAWN AFTER DEATH. And the random bits when they run away, oh my god.

Whoever decided all logic around this enemy type should be thrown out the window for this appearance needs to actually be fired, they need to fix this.

if you want a much faster way of doing this you can have them fall to there death on that same cliff
