Hi Kate! Love your videos! Question... if you accidentally delete your template file, doesnt it delete customers' access to the template? I tested it, it seems to... im concermed about accidentally deleting my files or closing shop later and have customers with templates they can no longer access... is that true? This is nicely done, but I think in your intro video it would be important to add the fact that if your customers on etsy only have a free canva account they will have to pay to remove the watermarks on every pro element. This is a very important piece of making it profitable. Or is there something I am missing?
