I road a 2016 S1000R for an hour over the Summer. Fantastic bike. Very powerful but easy enough for commuting. The RR is too sporty for an old man like me but these are amazing bikes.

I can see why some people think it was Jo on the bike because the video shows the two of them pushing the bikes out of a hangar and then cuts to 2 riders on the bikes. It would have been a much better video if the commentary from Hutchy wasn't like a robot reading a script, did not sound natural at all lol. Jo was much better at presenting IMO :-)
