Like other viewers, it would be useful to see how it's supposed to fit securely on an actual bike. I have a 900XR with the luggage bridge & struggle to fasten it securely with the straps provided.

I almost got excited when I found this video! The luggage looks perfectly good, but what I would like, is BMW (or someone) to produce a cool looking and functional storage bag that fits on the pillion seat, or where the pillion seat pad fits. I tour without a passenger, so a neat bag which clips into where the rear seat mounts, would be ideal - even if it has an intermediate mounting plate. I know that there are metal boxes available, but I don’t want something that looks homemade on my bike. Oh well, I’ll keep looking, but good work with the rest of the luggage.

Well… so much for my feeble internet searches!!! I’ve just discovered that Touratech make one. If they can, BMW can. Let’s see it 👍

My G310 GS sports the small tank bag, it^s perfect because it^s not huge and also has no map compartment, which I find cuses glare and reflection in the sun. I love the blue liner and I want to get the large tailbag for my adventures next summer. Keep it coming, BMW Motorrad !

I'm happy to see waterproof roll top soft luggage from BMW with nice motorcycle specific features that make these more than just generic waterproof bags. I'm particularly interested in the waterproof tank bag. I haven't been able to find a good quality waterproof tank bag suitable for adventure riding.

I have purchased the 35l rear bag, looks great but having problems mounting to a R1250GS. Can you do a video or provide better instructions on how to properly fit these. Ie how to tie down properly . I have 3 straps provided for tying down, should it be 4?

is the tailbag has slid fabric under so you can just slide it to the rack and just tied in the front?

Dear Designer of BMW Tank Bag - if you really try and use the tank bag and the map insert in a real day time riding / there will be a glare - about 930 am sun and it gets even more glaring at 1145 am until 2 pm - not sure if anyone else have the same issue but this is what I am facing when ever am riding with tank bag by BMW ones - the glare to eyes are just to obvious -

Is the Bridge/Quick Release for the Side Bags compatible with an older bike or are they bike specific? I have a 2017 manufactured R1200R, S1000XR and a R nine T.

I ordered the small tank bag for my 2021 GSA. It didn’t come with the plug-in straps, had to order them separately 🤬🤬
