So, real question. I have this female coworker at my restaurant in her early 20's and there's a male manager in his 40's. Whenever he wants to talk to her he puts both his hands on her shoulder gets in too close (if you know what I mean) and whispers in her ear just to talk to her. She doesn't say anything but you could see she's not into it.

What's the best way to handle it?

Back in the 80's I had a job working in a Living Assisted Facility. The residents all had CP and were in wheelchairs. Both my boss and I are women. I was looking for the screw to a resident's headrest when my boss said, "that's what you need, a good screw". Higher ups were appalled. My boss left a month later after getting a job as a cop in another California Bay area city.
