idk what’s up with these comments. this is a really informative video about a really interesting band. i think a lot of people who dislike ghost don’t really understand that not liking something doesn’t mean it’s of poor quality. ghost definitely has a unique sound and look, and it’s not for everyone, and that’s okay! really good video though, i’ll be sharing it with my friends in hopes of converting them lol. very good organ covers in the background too btw :•)

Recently went to a ghost concert as a Satanist with my dad who is a Christian, he told me it’s the best concert he’s ever been to and the music was pretty good. He told me that he found it interesting that he got to experience both sides

I love that Ghost isn’t afraid of pulling directly from the bands they love. I can plainly hear Kiss, Iron Maiden, Swedish 80’s pop metal, even Rush. Some of the chord changes and melodies sound right from Geddy Lee. I think metal bands especially are very careful to not sound “soft”. They want to fit into the scene they’re associated with. Ghost does whatever they want.

I’m so glad ghost is getting the recognition they deserve. They’re such an amazing band and are so fun to watch perform. Despite them being not so anonymous anymore (considering their identities have been revealed because of the lawsuit and weird fans), their representation is amazing and interesting!!!

This is by far the best video explaining Ghost's history out there right now, thank you for taking your time to research even the smallest details <3

And absolutely beautiful arrangements

Nothing like a video on Ghost to bring all the religious crazies and metal music snobs into the comments 😂.
Great video though! I really loved learning about the themes and inspirations behind all the album arts. Ghost has some of my favorite album art and has always been able to secure a spot on my wall for decoration

I'm here because my friend (a huge Ghost fan) recommended it to me as background before I see Rite Here Rite Now this weekend. So, thank you!

I never really looked into Ghost until I started having videos of them pop up on my social media. I've had one of their songs, Dance Macabre in my Spotify playlist since it's been out. Yet I never looked into them. I've gone down the Ghost wormhole and I do not want out of it.

The clergy and Papa have definitely been successful in their mission. My husband is a huge Ghost fan and took me to their concert in Pittsburgh, I have now been converted. 😉 And I love the band’s lore, which lead me to this video.

i’ve seen ghost 4 times now and they are always in my top 3 listens for the year on apple music. i see a lot of people who say they can’t stand them because they’re “pop” and not rock. i grew up listening to metallica, ACDC, genesis, rush, iron maiden, so on and so on. i love rock and metal and ghost is no different. they have pop undertones, but in my opinion, i think they’re just a unique take on rock. they have their own sound, and i love them for it. i’m not a satanist, but i’m also not religious. i grew up going to church and am a “member” of the church because i was confined and baptized. but even if i was christian, i still think i would love them just based off their sound. they don’t necessarily praise the devil, but they do tell stories and their lyrics are incredible if you truly listen. i don’t think i’ll ever be able to get enough of them.

This break down of the evolution of Ghost and Tobias just warms my music and theatrical loving heart. The attention to detail, and the story that he has created, is what will continue to make Ghost everlasting. Even if the story ends and evolves. Listening to all of this is actually very mind blowing. I know all artists put their heart and soul into what they're creating, however this feels different and to some extent more relatable. Thank you for this and for teaching me so much as a new fan! Happy to be here.

That was absolutely superb. Loved the music all the way through it, the editing, the footage just everything. Thank you for making this, I didn’t want it to end. Amazing ending

Ghost is no more Satanic than Kiss, Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper. It's Vaudeville, It's a show. I think one of the main reasons for their success is Tobias' voice and singing ability. Pure and simple, people appreciate good singing and harmonies regardless of the music. The endless number of new rock bands with "Cookie Monster" as their singer have little hope to rise to such prominence as Ghost for that one very simple, but dramatically important reason. And Ghost just fucking Rocks! (that helps too. lol).

This video was so thorough and well thought out bravo! And the organ music was imo the perfect background ambiance.

Ngl ghost is my fav band and I love the lore and characters so much. With the end of copia (I rlly hope it doesn’t happen) it would most likely happen during the 2 LA shows hence the no phones and it could be recorded. If that does happen 10/10 would spend every last penny on it😅
