Full House Tour + All My DIY House Projects

Hey everyone! We are officially listing our home to sell, so I thought now was a better time than never to do a full house tour. Starting at the front door, I'll take you all the way through my home up to the third floor. Almost every room has a diy project and a video to go along with it, so I will link them all in cards throughout the video and you can also find them below. It is perpetually cloudy and rainy in Virginia this time of year it seems, so sadly I was not able to film on a bright and sunny day, but you still get a feel for the space and how it flows in this video.

I feel like when you take your time to finish your home the better the outcome because as time passes sometimes your style changes or improves and you can really think about a specific area that you might want to decorate instead of just throwing something together really quick to fill the space.

I like it, your house is very graceful and classy, there are some traditional element in the furniture combined with boho chic. Personally I like the house in a moodier colour scheme but I absolutely like what you did here

Selling hack. Get 84 high curtains (2 50 wide, or 3 38wide), and an extra long shower liner. Use clip curtain rings. then raise your shower curtain rod. This will make your bathrooms look bigger, especially in the pictures. This might not be practical daily use for you and your family. I think you’re shorter and you have to use your hands to pull the rings over the rod to open it. But it really does expand the space.
