I think every country should have just one safe section of motorway with no speed limit, just for people to sate their curiosity of their car's performance for a few miles. Though maybe only introduce it below a certain traffic density and offer warning signs for inexperienced drivers. "Take care before entering passing lanes"

Well no, there are roads that have speed limits it’s just there is no national speed limit. Some roads don’t have speed limit signs so those you can go as fast you like but the roads are so bendy and narrow you’ll have a job going over 80
