I have a bitter experience with present Judiciary system which made me to fell that it is totally waste of time to approach a Court of Law. The writ appeal no.929/2020 filed against Writ Petition No.1311 of 2012 pronounced in my favor on 03.10.2018 is still pending in High Court of A.P (efiling No.AP/5/WA/20931/ 06-10-2020) is still pending at admission stage for more than 3 Years. Thus I am deprived of justice as Justice delayed is justice denied. Even after 12 years of my retirement, I couldn't get the legitimate amount of gratuity for 2 years inspite of high court judgment. Please clarify whether the judgment is unlawful or Appelants are playing in delaying the judgement. I had sent several grievance representations to Chief Justice of A.P High Court and Registrar General of A.P High Court. As I am short of money, I couldn't engage an Advocate. All my efforts to even to find the status details including R.T.I 2005 proved in vain.
