Very informative. Thank you. In civil law how does a claimant handle a court order which the judge has highlited a conflict of interest which means that the claimant loses his/her lawyer and losing ones solicitor makes everything worse? Court has created a worse situation for the laimant because the claimant has to find another lawyer who will need to spend a lot of time to read a case.

The orders are not enforced by the public servants. One must retain a private law worker(solicitor/lawyer) at large cost. This is the current situation in Australia.

but county courts are still part of civil court structure?
