I'd argue that the last color is pretty much just his shiny colors. Personally I don't see any alterations to the colors asides from the white fur being slightly more grey but its barely noticeable and could easily just be how it was Textured in Smash Ultimate.

So the rey Mysterio reference is even more specifc, that based off his costume he wore at 98 WCW Halloween Havoc against Eddie Guerrero.

I'd say the yellow one is based on Tiger Mask, the wrestler Incenaroar's source was made to be a counterpart for.

And his Shiny form is provably also based on Jushin Thunder Liger.

Don’t deny it, but Incineroar’s last costume IS his Shiny Colors. It could be that his Shiny Colors is just how it is textured in Smash Ultimate. I don’t see any changes to his Shiny Colors.

Incineroar is based in Tiger the Dark, the counter part of Tiger Mask, a Manga protagonist (King from Tekken is also based in him + Fray Tormenta) Mitsuharu Misawa performed as Tiger Mask in real life until he dropped the Mask, the Purple color resembles more the actual design of Tiger Mask than Rey Mysterio, love both, but the Tiger Mask Connection is much cooler
