Great video Jakub! It is ridiculous that Mintos makes you jump around the website for you to make a informed decision about where to invest. I hope you succeed informing people of the alternatives to Mintos out there.

What's your investment strategy for P2P marketplaces?

First of all congratulations! One of the best video I have found on subject. Just a clarification: how do you select the Current% value for each lender originator? I ask this because the same LO appears under several categories and the video seems to consider just "car loans".

Thank you for this video. I have some comments though.

Firstly, I think you made a mistake at 5:27: Mogo Romania is "NO" whereas Mogo Albania is "YES".

Secondly, since you dismiss companies that don't have interests on delayed payments, you should check this information before the "Current%".

Thirdly, regarding the "Current%", I also checked this info for each type of loan for each "Company + country" selected. I was surprised to see that the "Current%" for a same "Company + country" can be quite bad for a category compared to another one. That way, I excluded "Mogo IFN SA" which has only 53% for "Current%" meaning that almost half of payments are late! For Mozipo Romania, I dismissed the personal loans which is only 67.7% for "Current%" and kept the short-term loans that are 87.5%. For Mikro Capital Moldovia, the agricultural and business loans are respectively 70 and 60.4% for "Current %" and since you can't set the category per country, I decided to totally exclude Moldovia for this company.

I created the strategy with at least 10.1% but with a maximum of 6 months. The result of this strategy was only 27 loans from 2 lending companies: IuteCredit and IDF Eurasia. Going up to 12 months with the same parameters results in 2838 loans from 3 companies, just adding DelfinGroup to the party.

Like you said in your video, this experiment really shows what Mintos offers to their investors. It's actually quite hard to diversify your portfolio if you want to remain on the safe side.

Why is it important to have a liquid portfolio? Why not take loan terms of any length? You can sell them if you want to withdraw...

I did strategy only based on explorep2p score/rank. top 10 LO 5% portfolio each and next 20 LO 2, 5% each. I did a lot of individual autoinvest strategy for every LO. Few LO i can't find loans but in majority i got my piece in portfolio. After covid only Akulaku crashed so I lost 2, 5%.

Followed your strategy to make the analysis, but it turns out the 80% money in my account is always uninvested.

Great video and thought-out approach to (new) Mintos! For current reasons: Does anyone at P2P Empire plans to crowdfund with Mintos via Crowdcube at the end of november. If so, why? Personally I am interested, but currently not familiar such kinds of equity participations. Mintos would be my first via a web-platform (crowdcube, seedrs, ...), but before doing such an invest, I suggest one needs an general, long-termed approach here as well :) :) Sincerely
