Newborn kittens have eye infections
The treatment of this ailment, which can be observed in the form of bloody, burr and sticky closure of the eyes, especially in kittens, and which can result in blindness if not treated, is actually very simple. By taking the following steps for an average week, you can light up a living thing's life, and even indirectly save its life:
There are also eye cream alternatives other than eye drops, but using drops is much easier than applying cream.
- drip warm tea on a cotton ball and wipe the closed eye of the cat without applying too much pressure. Since the tea is antiseptic, it disinfects the droopy eyelids nicely. If there is no tea, there will be warm water, of course.
- Drop the eye drops you bought from the pharmacy into the eye that softens with the effect of warm tea. meanwhile the cat will become a little irritable, but be determined and continue. Make sure the drop penetrates the eyes, then release it.
- Apply the above items at least 2 to 4 times a day until the infected eye is completely healed.
