Anxiety is what happened to me when I was tasked to lead the morning devotion for my class last wednesday. I was overthinking to myself that I would mess up if I made a single mistake. And, let me tell you. When the worship song was played, I started to pray to God to give me a sense of peace and strength so that I could lead it without a single problem. I started to plead and place my future into His hands. And, I lead it smoothly, thanks to Him. Praise God!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

And was almost fully blind and deaf at birth. I’m not sure how to handle it, before anyone tells me “mental illness and all that mumbo jumbo isn’t real” tell that to the little girl who COUNLDNT BE in church because the sounds and social time scared me so bad that I would have to hide in the lobby. I would cry, not like screaming but silent because I felt like Jesus didn’t want me there and that’s why he gave me such disabilities. The music was so loud that I would start sweating and hide in a certain part of the room because it was just way too loud. I know now that it’s supposed to empower you with the loudness but I couldn’t handle it. And the kids side of my church made me feel judged. And we had a console and they always used it and never shared. Anytime it was question time, I had to go to the bathroom because I knew nothing
