04:35 Second wash
05:24 Add salt before third wash
10:08 Deep cleaning the tentacles with salt and water
16:34 Cutting
24:45 Boil water and add vinegar
26:00 Add oregano
29:00 Boil the octopus
35:35 Add lemon and enjoy the dish
