Am a Reservist with 8 credited years. The VA site is misleading because it says I must have 90 days of active duty. I have zero active duty days besides boot camp.

The form DA5016 shows the point by year. However, the VA is asking for the letter of Statement of Service, because you know Army, a document that shows credibility for more than 6 years is not valid if not given the thumbs up by the commander.

For reservists, would combination of annual trainings and schools towards 90days of active duty? Technically, there are active duty orders.

Hello! Im currently at my tech school and im a reservist. I am trying to use my civilian income to get a VA loan however the time in BMT/ Tech doesn't count. So I am wondering if my upcoming 5 level upgrade training on Title 10 over 90 days(AMRT) would help me qualify for the VA loan eligibility ?

I am active duty USCG, getting out in June 2025 and transitioning to reservist. I am currently stationed over seas and am moving back home when I get out. I plan on using the VA loan to buy a house as soon as i move back home. My question is, do i qualify just as if i were active duty? What other information do i need to provide?

I just requested my COE, (I have 2 current properties that we used a VA loan on to acquire). It says "This veterans basic entitlement is $0*, Total entitlement charged to previous VA loans is 109, 278."

We want to buy a third property when we PCS, but don't understand if we can and what the amount left over is (if any). Can you help me make sense of that is remaining and what I am reading???

I got denied a COE I served 1 yr and 8 months active duty 4 months of that being training and other part was duty station and deployment and general under honorable conditions but got denied for not having 24 months consecutive so what’s up with that ??

I did 125 days active duty but VA still denied my COE

So If I have a service connected disability, Do I qualify for my VA Loan? I was a reservist i did about 5 in a half years but was sent into the IRR early due my medical condition. I was later than approved for 60% disability. Would this consider me to qualify for my VA Loan?? Thank You
