How much more money is added to the agreed purchase price for the fees acquired to process the loan and what would the to be total amount that will be borrowed if I had an agreed purchase price of $545, 000.00 with a seller? I’m in escrow right now and the amount to be borrowed with a VA loan seems to be excessively higher than the purchase price.
