Rosemary, Basil, and Peppermint EOs are my go-tos for concentration & memory. So glad to see you agree! I’m actually diffusing them right now with an added pop of Grapefruit & Sage.

This is my first HP video. It's nice to put a face to the name (Steph) that helped me start my HP journey last year.
I use Lavender oil to assist with sleep but will try lemon now for.day use. Thanks!

Focusing on studying and tasks done while sitting down are the ones that make me the most restless. These would be helpful for said cases! What is the best way to use these essential oils? Just dribbled over the items nearby or also maybe on yourself or a bit under the nose haha?

I have the hardest time focusing in the early evening; after 6pm. Should I be focusing on waking up? Or should my focus be more on winding down at that time?
