The “just and sorry” life hack definitely resonates with me too. I will be giving that a try!

My high school speech teacher told us to never apologize at the beginning of a speech. An example would be, "I don't do this very often, please bear with me." People will look for you to make mistakes. That has carried me a long way in life.

Fun tip: I also use museum gel to secure my drawer dividers so they don’t rattle around in my drawers when I open and shut them!

The just makes such a difference! I tried it in a job interview and they even pointed out how confident and direct I was. So simple yet so genius

Tip: I use the museum gel or putty on the backside corners of picture frames that I hang on the wall to hold them in place. I've been doing this for years. You just need a couple of pea size or smaller on the bottom corners. No more crooked pictures!

Thank you for all your help as always. I have a rigid sliding shower door so the extendable tub scrubber will help to clean inside the shower faster!

Yay! Thanks for this! I don’t have any social media because I known I would be engrossed all day. So, it’s nice when people post these types of videos on YouTube. 😊

Hi B, Love your channel, so informative and helps with real life issues that drive people crazy. Also, instead of saying "I need" something, say "I want" something. When we say "I need" something, it puts us in a co-dependent perspective. When we say "I want" something, it puts us in a self empowerment perspective. Many blessing to you and your family. Take all the love and kindness that people give you and channel that into your labor and delivery. Luvs!

Yes, a couple of months ago I saw a life coach that did a session all about words to eliminate from your vocabulary (mostly for women) to appear & sound more confident as well, it is also helps build your self esteem & more sure of yourself!
I always love seeing your videos❣ Thank you 😊

I kust wanted to say I'm an older woman with grandkids. It seems like a lot of content on young women's video's are so hard to relate to. I appreciate your information and ideas. I enjoy your channel.

The sorry one is SO GOOD! I tell people all the time the don’t need to apologize, when they do, if it’s not their fault. I see so many people be surprised and touched when I tell them this because it’s like they realize, “hey this person is so empathetic and I didn’t do anything wrong” 💗💗💗

You're so right about the words "just" and "sorry"! Many years ago, I was taught that the use of these words, especially in the business world, shows a lack of confidence. It took a huge effort to stop using them. Being mindful is the first step. You'll be stunned at how often you use them!
Ordering that telescoping tub cleaner NOW! After 4 major back surgeries, I need it and $13 for it is a bargain! Thanx for all the great tips, decor, organization and cleaning videos. I love them and it's made my life so much better!!!

Great video!!! I’ve gotten rid of “sorry” from my vocabulary in the context you shared. Had a great supervisor who called me out on doing that as a women. Didn’t even think of “just”.
