There’s 2 ways of seeing how it can be done

Anything at infinite speed can bypass infinity, in a stopped time (0 second), anything that moves within it is essentially infinite speed therefore - bypassing infinity

The second way of seeing it is that space and time are related so… infinite multiplied by 0 is 0 therefore bypassing infinity (the 0 came from the amount of time has passed if anyone’s confused)

An extra note is that infinity works by creating infinite space compressed into finite space / dividing the movement speed the closer you get to the final point, infinite speed can travel infinite space / no amount of division can turn infinite into a finite number

The reason dio wins is because
1: stands arent physical beings, they can still attack people but they dont fully exist so infinity doesnt work
2: even if infinity stops stands Dio can still damage gojo during time stop, due to him being able to move in the 4th dimension (time) which severely outscales Gojo
And 3: because the world can stop time it's scaled way higher than Gojo and can definitely bypass infinity

This fight is very dependant on conditions. The biggest question is, what does Infinity scale up to? DIO outmatches Gojo of physical feats by a long shot. Probably the takes strength and definitely speed. The Question is 'does Infinity still work in time stop?' I've seen arguments in both cases, like Gojo's brain still needs to be processing in order to keep Infinity on. So in Time stop, he can't think, he can't Infinity. However, people also tried to claim it's on a space-time level or something? I haven't read or seen JJK, so Im not the guy to ask about this, Im just going with what I've heard or been told. This is what I think of the match up.

*Inteligência:* Dio, criou um plano pra evoluir seu Stand pela a morte de pecadore criou um novo ser para evoluir o seu Stand e na etapa final usou a força gravitacional para criar um Stand com o poder de resetar o universo
*Experiência:* Gojo, Dio só ficou em um caixam por 100 anos, isso q quer dizer q ele estava lutando com usuários de Stand, Hamon ou pessoas normais
*Poder Destrutivo:* Gojo, Kenjaku disse q para ser um Grau Especias deve ter poder para destruir um País

Dio burlaria o Mugen q desacelera oq achar perigoso, isso é comprovado quando a mulher fumante medica q eu esqueci o nome jogou uma caneta na direção dele e a caneta desacelerou, coisa q n aconteceu com a borracha, na luta contra o Jogo, quando ele fala pro Jogo encostar nele, Jogo n consegue, e Gojo fala pro jogo q está desacelerando, e no tempo parado n existe conceito de Velocidade, e o Za Warado burla a Regeneração do Gojo, pois em Jujutsu Kaisen o corpo e a alma e o corpo, e n tem como regenera a alma, e os Stands sao a manifestação da alma do usuário, explicado pelo Johpsi(n sei como escreve) explica para o Jotaro, e o Za Warado é um Stand, ent atacaria diretamente a alma do Gojo, e a expansão de domínio n funciona em quem n tem energia amaldiçoada, pois o acerto garantido n acertou a maki quando estava no dominio do Nayoa

I'm gonna write a whole as paragraph on how dio solos you precious Gojo. And i stand Gojo pretty hard. Dio first of all has an ability that completely STOPS time, that means no hollow purple. Dio also has 100+ years to MASTER his stand, and as we see in pt 1 of JoJo's he can freeze, disfigure, and mind control the disfigured people. He also has Lazer eyes that will Gojo look like the bottom of a Papa Johns pizza with how many hole he'll have punched in him, also did I mention that he can heal himself and grow EVEN STRONGER than he already is. So if he used his timestop sucked up a ton of Gojo's blood and punched a hole through his head he wouldn't be able to us RCT and if he did survive Dio would be way stronger and overpower him. Speed goes to dio, being able to stop time requires so much speed as well as being ftl in combat speed, he also takes stamina since he’s a vampire, basically takes nearly everything you gave to gojo and timestop would be able to bypass infinity, and if it doesn’t then you could say a stand would be able to bypass it since they can’t be seen/affected by regular people

Star Platinum is FTL+ (Araki confirmed guidebook) and by extension The World is also FTL+
Gojo is Hypersonic+ therefore the difference in speed is ridiculous (Gojo gets speedblitzed)
What about infinity though?
Either The World is capable of hitting Gojo as he isn't made of anything being a spiritual manifestation of will (Miguel stated that Gojo controls things down to Atomic level and this is proven by subatomic particles such as photons going through the infinity barrier) This also makes him susceptible to Dios space ripper stingy eyes.
Or The World and Dio can hit Gojo in timestop as infinity works as a barrier that follows the Achilles paradox of splitting distance where in stopped time Dio's speed equates to infinity bypassing infinity.
(Speed = Distance/Time) which means his Speed is 2/0 = ∞

edit:i didnt explain why, dio is way faster. mftl+ is able to punch with jotaro's stand "star platinum" and match its speed which is stated to be mftl+ while gojo is at the speed of sound which isnt even past hypersonic. dio is 100 years old gojo is literally still a young adult. dio can regen and gojo cant. training is debatable but what isn't is that dio solos the verse. with his stand "the world" is the spirit manifestation of dio. in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, a timestop ability would likely be able to bypass Gojo Satoru's Infinity. While Infinity creates an infinite distance, a timestop freezes all motion, including the continuous process of Gojo dividing distance. This effectively makes the infinite space finite, allowing a timestop user to bypass the barrier. dio created a plan to heaven. gojo hasn't shown any feats of being near to that smart
