It's debatable.

If Jotaro's time stop can stop Infinity (not because it's time related, which it is not, but because infinity has to be always manuably enabled, although done by reflex now by gojo), then the fight could go either way (Gojo's domain expansion can put in a coma or even kill Jotaro + Gojo can kill him while he's inside the domain if Jotaro can somewhat endure endless information flowing into his brain. Hollow purple is also able to kill Jotaro. Jotaro could also kill Gojo is his punches are strong enough while using time stop (which they probably are tbh))

Now, if Jotaro's time stop cannot stop infinity, than Gojo wins.

Imo, the winner of this fight is more likely Gojo.

Both are very often being overrated but it is what it is.

Also if you say I'm biased, than I'll say it here: I slightly prefer JJK over JoJo (except for part 7, that shit is peak). Does it mean that I'm biased? No, both are some of my favorite animanga. It's not that I'm biased, it's just what I honestly think. Just because I prefer JJK over, for example, dragon ball, doesn't mean that I think Goku gets clapped by fodder Gojo.

If you think however that Gojo is more likely to loose, I completely understand and I respect your opinion.

If Yuji Itadori from Jujutsu Kaisen had those three cursed techniques, he would be incredibly powerful and versatile:

1. Copying and storing cursed techniques through his mind: This would allow him to greatly expand his arsenal of techniques. He could copy the techniques of any sorcerer or cursed spirit he encounters. Over time, as he fights more opponents, his technique library would grow tremendously. He could then pull out the perfect technique for any situation.

2. Adapting his body to any technique's strength/weakness: This would make him incredibly difficult to fight. Opponents wouldn't be able to gauge his power level. He could make himself as weak or as strong as needed to counter whatever he's up against. No technique would be overwhelmingly powerful against him. And he could overwhelm enemies by matching/surpassing their strength on the fly.

3. Nullifying cursed energy through his soul: This provides him with incredibly versatile defense and support abilities. He could negate people's techniques completely, rendering sorcerers powerless. He could dispel binding or restricting curses. He could suppport allies by nullifying incoming attacks. Overall enemy cursed energy would have little to no effect on him.

With these three techniques, Yuji would be one of the most dangerous and unpredictable sorcerers. He'd have unparalleled offense, defense and adaptability. Very few opponents would have any idea how to defeat him, as he could respond to anything they throw at him. It would make him one of the most formidable characters in the Jujutsu Kaisen this is what I would imagine if Yuji found his own cursed technique through his mind body and soul.)

Infinity can only detect what’s coming close to the user gojo and if your using verse equality stands don’t count technically as a cursed technique because it’s a manifestation of jotaro and he don’t got any cursed energy but he probably would have some but stands can’t really count and their abilities .besides he can stop time it don’t matter if he has infinity if time is stopped also if your saying how is he gonna by pass it simple by using his stand remember gojo cant use infinity on what he can’t see proves it when sukuna used world slash gojo couldn’t see it and tho who saying he could HE STILL HAD HIS GUARD UP and so gojo cant see the stand besides what’s gojo gonna do if he’s getting hit by “so it’s the same type of stand as star platinum”
