this strike is most likely conducted by others, namely NATO/US as Ukraine even according to themself did not have such capacity, hence the initial denial of accountability. now they claim it was themself. this is very strange and concerning as it will mean further esclation. looks like NATO really wants this war expanded and extended.

Latest update on the Russia/Ukraine battlefield: Russian Armed Forces retaliated to the Tetkino checkpoint shelling with strikes on the border areas of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Ukrainian sabotage reconnaissance groups blew up a power line near Liubitskoe, the Kusrk region, and did minor damage to railroad tracks between Lgov and Sudzha.
Artillery duels take place in the Slovyansk direction. The 3rd Motorized Rifle Division’s artillerists destroyed a Ukrainian M777 howitzer near Nikolske.
