I really like this as a warm-up. I just watched this video and then got right down and tried it and I could really feel it just warming everything up and creating that fire inside that hip joint that is really good

Can't even do that. Nearly lost my legs due to hip joint tearing after forcing a criss-cross stretch in judo, one year of healing and rehab just to walk and sit with assistance. My doctor said that I should never turn my legs of hips sideways, otherwise I can say goodbye to my legs forever...

Careful you don't rip your hip Trying to get in those cross leg positions =I was so concerned with being able to get into a 'correct' position and I may have really screwed my quality of life.

Didnt understand - go 8-10 times clockwise and anticlockwise in the hip circles part. If you are doing the hip circle with the right foot, it can only turn the hip clockwise, correct? If I am wrong, request you to put a detailed video.
