rafaela has arguably one of the BEST kits in the game

*passive*
- kill enemies as your last resort
- the least useful thing in her kit (edit)

*1st skill*
- applies slow (great when compared with thunder belt or ice queen wand)
- reveals invisible enemies (rafaela being a great counter pick against natalia)
- great at providing vision (can also target heroes inside bushes)

*2nd skill*
- good healing stuff (when paired with favor, you can heal almost a third of a hero's max hp)
- also offers movement speed for a short period (very good for chasing heroes, as well as quickly evading out of combat)

*ult*
- while slow, can still deal a long period of stun

basically, rafaela has the following:
- heal
- movement speed boost
- aoe skill that can reveal concealed heroes and bushes
- cc/stun
- slow

Hey Betosky, thanks for showcasing this hero. Your gameplay with Rafaela is also really good!
I was Supreme Rafaela (currently Supreme Angela) in Vietnam a few seasons back and here are some suggestions for those that wanna try using Rafaela.

You should try using the Avarice Emblem in her.
She pokes enemies quite easily while checking bushes or just harassing, so it gives pretty good amount of extra gold for more items early.

As for items, if your sidelaner is something like esmeralda that can buy Dominance Ice as their 3rd item, you can also try getting Antique Cuirass -> Oracle as most fighters and assassins right now are skill casters.
You can annoy enemies even more if you pair Ice Queen Wand and Thunderbelt if your team is already snowballing. Otherwise, don't bother building IQW, it makes you squishier.

As for gameplay, you can either play aggressive and harass non-stop from early to late game, or play more passive-aggressively early - guard gold laner while providing vision of bushes while zoning enemies away.

Early game try to secure the bush next to lithowander with your mage so jungler can secure it.

when nobody wants to pick tank, I always pick Rafaela. Her lategame is good(for me) especially with enough defense items including thunder belt and her 2nd skill is good especially in team fights

Right now, the most common rotation of Mythics (SEA) is to rotate to the gold lane, get a kill or make the enemy go back to the base, let your ally gold laner take the gold plate, then you, with the mage and core, take the turtle😉
