Sara sabotaging Virginia for no reason just pissed me off so much. I get that it's a competition and you wanted to exploit Ramsay's frustration with her to make yourself look better, but if it means customers have to wait longer for their food, that's just stupidly petty.

It's entirely debatable between Joanna and Jen in that S3 service who made the bigger mistake, but the tie-breaker for it is that 1) Jen at least owned up to her mistake, and 2) Jen's disposed of spaghetti never made it to the pass, thanks to Julia, a true all-star chef!

Hahahaha, one of the best moments is when Gordon comes over with the risotto, says "taste that", and then Ray just IMMEDIATELY plunges his hand in there like a 5-year old doing finger painting. Absolutely sensational.

Season 1's worst service in my opinion will always be the second shift. There's nothing more humiliating than watching your own customers phone call for pizza, get the pizza delivered to your restaurant, and then start eating it in front of you. Poor Jean had to even deal with the wrath of one customer who started an argument over their own educations.
