I decided to start working on this arrangement because It was a great challenge. When you listen to the chorus of the original song, you can hear the main riff (recorded by Steve Lukather) sounding together with the Michael's vocal melody and, of course, drums, bass and other instruments. My objective was to play all of this parts together: the main riff, the vocal melody and the percussion part. I had to find the proper tuning and make good use of the harmonics but in the end I got it. The tapping part is to remark on the great solo that Eddie Van Halen recorded for this song.

I saw this the first time on a MSN link and as an amateur guitar player myself, I thought that this was incredible. I can honestly say that the lead, bass and rhythm all at the same time really takes some doing, not to mention a lot of finger dexterity and a massive helping of concentration.

I will never understand why people dislike some stuff on YouTube.... Why the eff is there is there almost 500 dislikes on this video, this guy is just playing the guitar and covering a song in a super creative and amazingly talented way and not offending anyone in the process and for some reason there are people that threw a dislike before leaving the video?

The attention to detail in this is incredible. When Michael does the high pitched "woo" in the real song and you put that in your composition it went from really good to amazing. Excellent work man!

Tío este vídeo se sale, dominas los armónicos, el "tapping", la percusión...  Además es un arreglo muy completo, pero no suena sobrecargado para nada. Es un orgullo tener a un español tocando "fingerstyle" en Youtube  y encima a este nivel. Me da un poco de pena que el sonido no sea en directo, pero mira, me haz sorprendido tío y eso es lo que cuenta. Muchos tocan con mucha técnica y al final lo único que tienes es un tío que te toca lo que sea (casi como una maquina) y es como: "vale... y ahora que". No caigas en eso, trata de ser original, haz lo que los demás no hacen, trata con cariño la guitarra, y te abrirás un hueco hermano; lo tienes todo.
