This happened to me last yr by Walmart. The box wasn't opened either as it had Walmart shipping tape still which didn't look like anyone tampered with it. I ordered.snow boots and the box felt empty so i recorded like this you and was ticked off too.😂 i tried to restrain my anger when customer service had the nerve to ask me if I always get empty boxes. I responded...'No! Why? Do you always send empty boxes?' I let him run his mouth and waited until the end to let him know I recorded from beginning to end of opening their package. 🤣 Not much to talk about after that. Come to find out they didn't even have those boots, but they had them in another color. I got those boots for free after that as they reimbursed my money, except for a few dollars for some fee, and they covered shipping too. Best bet is to always record no matter how heavy or light the package. 🤷‍♀️
