One thing I've learnt over the past 60+ years is that whatever you do or say or think - someone will tell you you're wrong. Personally I believe 100 percent in the Atkins diet. It helped me lose weight, eat properly, stay slim and healthy. Otherwise I would surely by now be obese and sick like so many others on the so-called "healthy balanced diet". Maybe I'm wrong but at least I'm not fat!
