Nothing is working right on my end. The ribbon's not showing the menu options yours is, I do not get a "create" menu option when I right-click, and for some weird reason, the polygon I did manage to draw (via the rectangle creation tool), will not allow me to move the vertices in a freeform fashion. I.e., I can only move them by moving their manipulator axes controls.

How do you just create a Polygon ? I have a plane / sphere etc. but no polygon.
