How to add shutdown and restart button in windows 10 without software

How to add shutdown and restart button in windows 10 without any software. Shutting down and restart was quite easy task in windows 7 and previous versions of windows operating system. This process completely changed in windows 8 and windows 10 OS. But, there is still option to create a shortcut for shutdown and restart button on windows 10.

Follow this steps:
Right Click on Desktop
Click on New and Select Shortcut
Type the location of the item: shutdown /s /t 0
Click on Next
Type the name of the short cut: Shortcut and click on finish
Right click on the shortcut created on desktop and go to properties
Click on Change Icon and select the desired one
Click on Apply and Ok

How to add Restart Button on windows 10
Right Click on Desktop
Click on New and Select Shortcut
Type the location of the item: shutdown /r /t 0
Click on Next
Type the name of the short cut: Restart and click on finish
Right click on the shortcut created on desktop and go to properties
Click on Change Icon and select the desired one
Click on Apply and Ok

To Add both the icon on your desktop tiles, copy the shortcuts from your desktop and paste it to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Excuse me! plz help me! How can i create a short cut for sleep mode on desktop. My dell precise 7510 use window 10. Thank you very much!
