Some ways of managing employees that will also benefit the company are to develop policy that can reduce the perception of favoritism; create procedures so everyone knows how to do their job; offer training so they feel the business is investing in them. • 1-Excessive Absenteeism - This could mean employees are looking elsewhere or maybe their dissatisfaction is actually causing stress – related ailments
• 2-Time-Stealing - Arrives late to work. Takes breaks longer than the time allotted. But, they always clock out on the minute.
• 3-Decline in performance – Missed deadlines. A drop in performance or the quality of the work product
• 4-Unusual impatience or irritability or even arguments occurring between staff members.
• 5-Frequent criticism of co-workers and the business – Particularly if this is a new trait, frequent criticism, complaining or playing the victim could be masking a larger issue.
• 6-Over use of Internet and phone – browsing internet sites or excessive texting is a good indicator of procrastination or disinterest in being productive at work
