I am using symphonic for a couple years now and I feel they are doing a good job. Some of their ad-on services are great. I have managed to get on some decent spotify playlists. Not sure that Symphonic has anything to do with that. My plan with Symphonic is they take 15% but I was not paying any fees (at least when I applied) for songs on the platform.

Yeah but are they going to charge all the collaborators on the track 20/year to collect their royalties. OneRPM, CmdShft don't charge everyone to have an account. I think that is weak sauce. Distrokid does this. With 60k songs being uploaded every day to Spotify, Distrokid will release anything. I could put 2pac on a song and release it without permission and Distrokid will push it out and get flagged for it later. These companies can't charge $20/year and offer support. Tunecore and OneRPM and CmdShift take 20-30% of Youtube Mechanicals or other publishing. What's Symphonic taking? Cause they don't advertise that on their benefits.

I have them but have not used them yet for any releases. I just don't like the idea of having to pay an annual subscription fee to keep my music online when cdbaby is a one time deal per song or album and done. I am specifically using symphonic for the resources to build on marketing.

I've only been on there for 3 months. Yesterday I log in, and I only see "Analytics" in my menu. My account "Roles" were restricted from Admin to "Analytics"... I can't upload any releases or do anything but look at my stats. Contacted support, no response. It seems like this has not happened to anyone else as I can't find anything on Google or in their Help Desk / Help section. Any ideas?
