NSW Opposition Leader Jodi McKay is set to front the media where she will declare her intention to stay in the post amidst reports her rivals have begun canvassing support within the party room.

Labor suffered a seven-point swing against it in the recent Upper Hunter by-election which fuelled speculation over Ms McKay’s leadership in the subsequent days.

Sky News understands key leadership contender Chris Minns has been counting the numbers at the weekend and hitting the phones but had not yet secured a majority of support.

Ms McKay is expected to address the media on Tuesday and announce she won’t resign from the leadership despite calls from senior party officials to quit.

Former Labor powerbroker Graham Richardson told Sydney radio on Tuesday Morning it was “time for Jodi to take a step aside”.

The Message Of Salvation To All.
Romans 10:8-10
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

As much as I dislike her politics Good on her for not succumbing to the whims of armchair critics
