Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann addressed a press conference. On being questioned about Kejriwal chairing a meeting of Punjab bureaucrats, he said, 'I had sent them for training. For training, officers went to Gujarat, for training they went to Tamil Nadu. If I have to send them to Israel for Punjab's interest, I will do that'

What is the training, the IAS officers have learnt from Aravind Kejarival who is an International Antinational.
1. Have your Officers not learnt how to make Panjabi People a World Class citizens ?
2. Have your officers not learnt how to make the per capita income of the Panjabis at Rs 12 lakhs or more?
3. Have your officers not learnt how to create the 100 departments world class ?
4 What have they been doing since 1947? Have they done dacoity in collusion with the Ministers .All must have swindled about Rs 200 lakh crores from 1967 because Dacoity started only in 1967 all over India . We have estimated the Swindled money at Rs 300 lakh crores by Dravidian parties and others in Tamil Nadu.
5. Now my advice to the CM is send the concerned officers, CM and Ministers to USA and study the above 3 Points in USA .
6. Come back and implement . But nobody must take even a single paise of people’s money and all must be made to work with all Vairagya and at the same time Campaign must be going for 10 years about your Plan .
7. I assure you that you can make Panjab equalent to Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thaiwan and Hongkong which were like us in 1967.
8. All the best CM . Do not cheat the people who voted for you expecting what I have told above .
