I think it's so funny that part of crumbls gimmick is that they make cookies when you order them, so they are fresh. i imagine 5 days later its not the same

Trademarks aren't international, and the same/similar mark can be registered by different entities in different countries - famously, Burger King isn't able to operate under that name in Australia because there was an already operating business called "Burger King", and so they couldn't secure the trademark in Australia.

No cr*p it's gonna be gross. Crumbl is notorious for their freshly baked deserts being so underbaked that people have to order them specifically to be fully baked, PLUS the 5 days wait, it's basically eating fermented raw dough. Ones that were also exposed to the elements and been through the airport.
Being unofficial reseller aside, it's reckless and dangerous. Just, why...

I used to live in Alaska and before we had a lot of stores (or online shopping), TONS of people used to go to the other states in the US and get stuff and resell it (my history teacher used to resell Krispy Kreme donuts in particular, and other people used to do this with Coach bags and stuff). Not sure now how legal all that was...
