Making Tini’s Baked Mac and Cheese! 🧀🤩

Recipe:
1 lbs curly pasta

1lbs mozz
1lbs colby jack
1/2 lb sharp cheddar
use blocks and shred

I didn't measure - mixture of salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
1 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Boil Pasta, set aside
Shred cheese and mix
melt butter, stir in half spices
add in flour, cook down
add in evaporated milk and start whisking
add in rest of spices, dijon mustard and heavy cream
Slowly add in half cheese, while continuing to whisk
Add in pasta

Layer in greased 9*13 pan
cheesy pasta, sprinkle with shredded cheese
repeat ending with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Broil to finish to get a crispy crust.
