Olivia’s moonscorch form, mechanical dance, is found inside of the Museum just as with Pocketcat and Judgement. As stated previously, if Daan is also alive on the morning of day 3, he will moonscorch into pocketcat, kidnap olivia, and take her to the Museum where she can be found moonscorched as well. If you are playing as Daan or if Daan has died during your playthrough, she instead won’t moonscorch until the night of Day 3, but will still be found at the same location within the museum.

If you aren't playing as either just put them in your party before you sleep on night 2! Other than that I love how she stalks the player through the museum, I wish they did something where every moonscorched contestant that's still alive would be in the museum to chase you
