Why should you add full builder homes and plans to your MLS?

MLS executives Stan Martin (ABOR) and Art Carter (CRMLS) talk about why they chose to partner with Builders Digital Experience (BDX) to give their members access to comprehensive builder plans, specs and community info through New Home Source Professional.

Much like an MLS, BDX operates as an association -- but for builders. BDX is owned by builders, directed by a board and serves to aggregate and distribute new construction inventory nationwide. Several years ago, the builder community asked BDX to help strengthen relationships with brokers and agents.
