Follow these steps To Add Long Video To Facebook Story:
Step 1 = Open the Messenger app on your phone.
Step 2 = Open a chat box and tap on the pictures icon at the bottom left corner.
Step 3 = Select a video and click on the Edit option.
Step 4 = Then, tap on Your story option beside the sound option and tap Ok.

Thank you for this video however it did not help me. I would appreciate any help from the public. I was able to go as far as clicking on the edit button (after having selected the video), and I was clueless after that, not knowing what to do next - as my only options were to press send (bottom right) or to save (bottom left) and more editing options on the top (draw, Aa, smiley, cut, volume)! I'm not sure how the author ended up on the Instagram page next! I am not seeing what the author is showing beyond 1:52.

In messenger on an S22Ultra there is no option to click on pictures at the bottom.

As of December 2023, this does not work for me. I've tried it several times on my Android device and it says unable to upload video. It's only a 49 second video.

This is not working for me. I am on an iPhone SE But that shouldn't make a difference. It shows a very different screen after hitting "Edit, " and "Your story" is not anywhere on the screen. 🤷‍♂ Is this working for anyone since this comment?
