My grandfather fought in World War 2 in the Royal Canadian Navy. When I told him about this game when it came out he thought that it was a good way to empathize with the men who fought in the war.

Canada didn't have an easy time in ww2, and they contributed a lot, the defense of Hong Kong, battles in Italy, dday on juno beach, the battle for caen and bayuex, the break out campaign, then the sheldt estuary, and Utrecht. My hats off to them. Not to mention dieppe and the us/Canadian commando force.

So many memories. This is definitely one of my favorite call of duty campaigns. So satisfying beginning to end
