If a woman is taking a divorce on her own, what is the procedure regarding the custody of the child in reference to the man? Should the child be given to the man as well, granting freedom to the woman, and should the man also be lacking in responsibility to engage in promiscuity? And if, let's assume, the man provides financial support, how can he be sure that the woman is taking proper care of their child when she cannot bear the necessary expenses? Why should custody be given to the man? Please answer.
